Terms & Conditions
Booking & deposit
A booking is confirmed once we approve your request and receive the 30% deposit. The balance is paid in installments (a 30/30/40 schedule). The minimum stay is 5 nights, and check-in is not available on Sundays.
Security deposit
A refundable €500 security deposit applies, collected at check-in and returned after departure subject to the condition of the villa.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking. To cancel or amend a stay, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us.
Taxes & fees
Any applicable tourist tax and cleaning fee are shown or confirmed at booking. Prices are displayed in EUR.
