What we collect
When you request or make a booking we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone, country, party size, dates and any special requests, plus records of your booking and payments. We do not store card numbers, CVV or expiry. Card payments are handled on the payment provider's secure page.
How we use it
To process your booking, take deposits and installments, send you booking and payment emails, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Personal data tied to a stay is deleted or anonymised three years after check-out, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Email info@arteonvillas.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
