Sithonia’s quiet side
Four maisonette villas set above Salonikiou Beach, on the greener, calmer coast of Sithonia. Family-run, gathered around one garden and pool, each with its own view of the water. A place to unpack slowly and let the days go long.

A crystal-clear outdoor pool at the heart of the property, with a wooden sun deck, loungers and a parasol for each villa. Shared by the four villas and meticulously kept, with ambient lighting for evening swims.
Private Beach Area
Salonikiou Beach is just across the small local road. Each villa gets its own kit (a sun umbrella, two sunbeds and folding chairs) plus beach towels in the villa. Coarse golden sand, clear shallow water, quiet even in peak season.
BBQ & Outdoor Dining
A barbecue in the garden for guests, with shaded dining tables on each villa's patio, for a family cookout or a quiet dinner under the stars.
Free Wi-Fi & Tech
